Welcome Season Ticket Holders
Season passholders save up to 70% off the price of purchasing a single show. Single tickets can surge up to $75 when in demand, not inclusive of fees (10% for Shimberg/16.5% for Jaeb + $4 per order, which Jobsite does not directly benefit from).
Holding a season pass is also the biggest vote of confidence you can offer Your Friendly Neighborhood Theater Company. Getting a pass is a win-win-win!
The 23-24 season is split between the Jaeb Theater (2 plays, assigned seating in a cabaret-style theater) and Shimberg Playhouse (the remaining 5 plays, open seating in a black box). Rock Star passholders are able to reserve seats in the Shimberg as part of their donor benefit.
All standard passholders enjoy unlimited free tickets exchanges, and can purchase additional tickets for friends at a discount. Preview passholders enjoy an even greater discount, but pay the difference in cost if moving to a more expensive date.

Ticket Exchanges
If you need to move your tickets, the Straz Center Box Office will be happy to take care of you at no charge (non-passholders pay a $15 exchange fee).
Call 813.229.7827 M-Sa 12n-7p or Su 12n-6p. The price you paid for the pass is locked in, no matter what performance you choose – even if that date has increased in price because of demand. You can also email ticketexchange@strazcenter.org with a clear picture/scan of the tickets with the word “VOID” written across each one along with the new date you want.
If you have Electronic Tickets through the Straz To Go app, write in from the email address we have on file. Please include the original order number of your tickets and the new date you want
Health and Safety
If you’re sick, stay home. We’ll happily exchange your tickets rather than risk you bringing something into the theater.
Please Note
We cannot move tickets from a performance that has already passed — exchanges must be processed before your original curtain — and we clearly cannot move you into a show that is sold out. If you move from a preview into a standard performance you will need to pay the current difference in cost between the two. What’s a preview?

Can't Come at all? Donate your tickets!
In the event you can’t attend any date or offer them to a friend, contact us. We can donate your tickets to member of the community in need who would not otherwise be able to come and give you a donation receipt for your taxes. We hate for any seat to ever go empty!
